DESCRIPTION:  \nThe SBAGNE Snowflake Network.  \nOur goal is to be able to provide an uplifting care package for our members who are undergoing a procedure or recovery.  \nTo request a care package for a friend or family member\, please complete this form.\nPackages will be sent to a designated person who can deliver the package to the patient – we cannot mail to a hospital address. Other helpful suggestions are to send the patient/family gas cards\, food delivery cards\, or set up something like a Meal Train for them to provide support at home.\nTo support this program\, please review our wish list\, and select something from our list – or send us your suggestions for additions.  The wish list can be accessed HERE.

DESCRIPTION:Expand your access to outdoor events and locations!\nThanks to a generous grant from the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation\, SBAGNE was able to purchase (5) Mobi Mats for use at events\, and to loan out to the community for personal or family event. The Mobi Mats are 5′ wide.  We have (1) 16′ Mobi Mat (30 lbs); (2) 35′ Mobi Mats (@45 pounds); and (2) 50′ Mobi Mats (@70 pounds). \nTo request a Mobi Mat for your event\, please complete this form.
