Join us March 13-15, for a weekend of connection, support, & fun. This weekend is designed for individuals in grade 6-12 and their parents. This is an opportunity to be with peers and have fun while also learning about important resources and tools that can assist individuals in their teenage years and beyond into adulthood. We will have various team building sessions and presentations, including those on adaptive sports & adaptive driving. There will be a video game & board game night on Friday, as well as a dance with DJ on Saturday night. And of course, we will have breakout sessions led by our SBAGNE mentors. These are young adults with Spina Bifida that are there to assist teens in navigating the difficult situations of adolescence through the eyes of someone that has already experienced it! Teen Empowerment offers a fun, unique, enriching environment for everyone involved. Teens get to make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and learn new skills, all while leaning on one of the many things we share in common, Spina Bifida.

All food and accommodations for the weekend are included in your registration thanks to our generous benefactors – The Constance O Putnam Foundation and The Ramlose Foundation. Additional partnering sponsors include Permobil.

Check in is at 4:30 on Friday and we go until Sunday at 12pm. The event will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Nashua, NH – 2 Somerset Parkway, Nashua, NH 03063.
