We are a 501(c)3 organization working to support people with Spina Bifida as they reach for their goals and pursue a more fulfilling life. SBAGNE is a group of parents, adults with Spina Bifida, and dedicated professionals working together to support and encourage families and individuals throughout the Greater New England area. It is our goal to enrich the lives of those affected by Spina Bifida through education, parental support, social networking, advocacy and public awareness.

BLIN’G Weekend

8th Annual BLIN’G Weekend – March 2-4, 2018

In collaboration with Boston Children’s Hospital Center for Spina Bifida and Spinal Cord Conditions and SBAGreaterNE

BLIN’G weekend is for girls ages 12-17, living with Spina Bifida and a parent. Space is l. A waiting list will be available.

BLIN’G Weekend will include two night stay at the Newton Marriott, meals, educational seminars, healthy living, fun, pool get together and makeovers.

Cost is $50 per pair (parent + daughter = total of $50).

The 2017 SBAGNE Annual Appeal is underway!

The need for connection is a basic human need. Connections are vital for our good physical and emotional health. It is only through developing formal and informal social networks that one can build an enduring and mutually beneficial community.

Our vision is to build connections and community, break down barriers, and provide education and support individuals as they move toward fulfilling and independent lives. SBAGNE also endeavors to promote access and change within society and responds with programs and services to the needs of people of all ages living with Spina Bifida.

Thank you to 2017 TEAM SBAGNE participants in the  Falmouth Road Race. 16 individuals ran the August 20th race, raising over $43,000 in support of SBAGNE !
